After an early career within utility engineering and IT management, I have spent the last 15 years in technology and SaaS businesses serving Retail, SME and Corporate customers. During this time, I have had a variety of senior operational and business improvement roles which have all had a strong focus on the customer experience.

My role at Yotta is to deliver absolute focus to all aspects of our post-sales consultancy, delivery and support activity, ensuring outstanding customer journeys and unique value for money for our customers.

Jonathan Shaw – Software Product Analyst
Jonathan owns and maintains the roadmap for Yotta’s software products and focussing mainly on Alloy Web and Alloy Mobile. This includes defining/taking over the processes for new feature requests, release planning and feeding features into the development team for implementation. Holding this roadmap and feature list means I will be able to help with questions regarding functionality (for tenders for example).

Tim Woolven – Product Consultant
Tim is a Chartered Waste Manager that has been in and around the industry for nearly 15 years. Tim has a passion for driving the waste and environmental services industry forward, utilising the vast amounts of data currently available, ensuring that waste collections are done as cost-effectively as possible and that the people working in the industry work in the safest and most appropriate way.

Mark Spence – Product Specialist
A GIS professional for over 25 years delivering solutions and training, datasets and reports for a wide range of clients whose information relates to a point, line or polygon. Projects include Bringing Business Intelligence to GI, Land Terrier compilation, Asset Information Portals, Spatial Scheme of Management.
